The Evidence

"The Evidence" 
With a wisp of a smile on his lips, the prosecutor looked at the defence and said "You have not provided a single argument that proves your client's innocence, not one." 
The defence lawyer slowly pulled a piece of paper from his gown pocket, looked at the jury and, brandishing a DNA test, he declared with gravity "The proof is right here." An awestruck whisper rippled through the room.
